Nicola Moussourou has more than 25 years of experience in the HR Field. Today she is the HR Director for Central Europe, Russia, Turkey & Africa (CERTA) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.  The Geography covers more than 90 markets with presence in 10 countries, employing 5200 employees and is supported by a team of 40 HR consultants. Trusted partner and consultant to Sales leadership and other businesses & functions to enable business success by creating high performance organizational structures, enabling HPE transformation to streamline the organization aligned to portfolio, adopt new Go-to-market business models in countries, management of change and activation of company culture to increase employee engagement and enable innovation. Also, leading programs on growth mindset aligned to wellness and work life balance benefits and remote working to accelerate business outcomes

Prior to her current role, Nicola led Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Labor and Employee Relations, which later evolved to EMEA People Operations Director, across the 41 countries.  Her previous positions in HPE include Central Eastern Europe & Israel (CEE&I) and Middle East, Mediterranean & Africa (MEMA) Geo HR Director and Human Resources Manager for Greece & Cyprus. 

Throughout her career, Nicola has been driving critical transformation and divestiture projects, labor location strategies and workforce management programs as well as culture, inclusion & diversity, employee engagement and talent management initiatives, in parallel with the transformation of the HR function into a trusted partner and consultant, key contributor to business sucess.  

Prior to joining HPE 15 years ago, Nicola was the HR Manager for THALES Electronic Systems in Greece, and earlier on was Senior HR Consultant at KPMG Greece.
