Przemek Berendt is an IT Services industry executive with nearly 20 years of experience in starting, growing and scaling IT Services businesses in Poland and around the globe. Between April 2011 and April 2018, he served as Global Marketing VP at Luxoft (NYSE: LXFT). In September 2018 he founded Talent Alpha with a mission to build a ‘Future of Work Platform’ that would transform how IT professionals connect with opportunities. Under Przemek’s leadership, Talent Alpha garnered a record seed round investment of $5M, won a handful of big Startup and HRTech awards and, the most importantly started working with 300+ companies, with big brands like Novartis, Fujitsu, Infosys, ABB among them. In 2021 Talent Alpha is poised to not only fulfil Przemek’s initial mission but also fundamentally change the way organizations measure, index, access, share and nurture their Talent.
