Initiated and actively promoting the industry country brand "Island of Ingenuity” (https://islandofingenuity.com). Conducting industry surveys and publishing reports such as the State of the Industry Report, Start-up Sri Lanka Report, Employability Skills Report, Hot Skills Survey, and Annual Compensation and Benefits Survey. Signature annual events AI Asia Summit, People Summit, Quality Summit, Innovation Awards, and the IT/BPM Week. National level talent development program - Tech Kids at school level, Future Careers Bridge at tertiary and vocational levels, Coding Bootcamp, Data Science, IoT, Robotics at university levels, and AEISEC Lead leadership development program for graduates.
