Tom Bangemann is Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at The Hackett Group, where he has worked for over 18 years in regional and practice leadership roles. His experience includes a set of over 100 globalisation and sourcing projects. Additionally, Tom has written the top-tier advanced diploma training and certification program for The Hackett Institute’s global business services (GBS) program. 



Tom has been voted onto various Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) expert panels. He was chairman of the Arab outsourcing event twice and chaired GBS events in China. He was named Thought Leader of the Year by SSON in 2010.

Tom has a master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Hanover (Germany).
