Since 1992 Yuri has been working in Regional Director role in different multinational companies, in Russia, building distribution network and growing experience in sales and marketing projects business process management. 

In July 2005 Yuri joined Kelly Services where he focused on developing specialized expertise branches such as Kelly Engineering Resources, IT Resources and Scientific Resources.   

In 2010 Yuri started to lead Kelly department Outsourcing and Consulting Group (Kelly OCG) in Russia. One of the most important remarkable programm of Kelly OCG was unique in Russia complex program of human resource solutions for Organizational Committee Sochi 2014. Yuri was leading the program during 2010-2014 гг, which included Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Master Vendor Program for more than 4000 staff and Career Consulting Program for Organizational Committee. For this program Yuri was awarded by Russian Government and President of Russian Federation. 

Yuri is involved in Kelly Global BPO Team and represents Kelly in the International association of career consulting Career Partners International (CPI). Since 2014 Yuri Efrosinin is chairman of BPO Committee of ASTRA association in Russia. In August 2020 Yuri was elected Chairman of ASTRA. Included in Top 1000 Russian Directors annual ranking.
