Traci has engaged within the Global Business Service (GBS) sector for the past two and a half decades. She has enjoyed opportunities which span working within South Africa and abroad. Has supported the activities and evolution of the South African GBS sector through Trade Body and Sector Association, BPESA where she currently runs the marketing & growth portfolio. Holds the position of global Convener for the ISO Customer Contact Centre Service Standards, Junior Auditor for global benchmark certification standard COPC and currently supports the global CX Outsourcers platform. Through her role as the Rockefeller Foundations South African representative on the ‘Digital Jobs Africa’ initiative, was integrally involved with the global team in the formation and mobilisation of the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition (GISC) and is an Impact Sourcing Champion.
