Constantine has more than 10 years of experience in the field of telecommunications and information technology. Prior to heading the IT Ukraine Association, he held the position of Director of Public Projects at the IT company Itera Ukraine. For more than 5 years he was the head of the IT committee of the European Business Association, worked in the team of mobile operator lifecell and in his own business, has an economic education. Since April 2019, he has been developing the IT industry as the Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association, the largest profile association of the IT industry in Ukraine.
